Is any patient data collected?
No. Patients never sign in or enter anything — they only view education pages. No accounts, no forms, no PHI. HIPAA-safe by design.
Is there advertising on the patient pages?
Nothing from anyone but you. No pharma banners, no third-party sponsorships, no ads for other practices — the clutter that fills most patient-education sites. Everything on the page is yours: your name or clinic logo, your Book-now button, and whatever you choose to add alongside the handout.
Can I edit the medical content?
You choose which topics appear, and on the Practice plan you can add your own handouts and official brand links alongside the library — but the core library is professionally maintained and source-grounded so you don’t have to keep it current.
Can I show my own before-and-after photos?
Yes — on the Practice plan. Upload before/after pairs of your own patients to any cosmetic topic and they appear as a drag-to-compare slider on that page. Each upload requires a recorded attestation that the patient signed a written photo release, and the page automatically adds a “shared with patient permission — results vary” notice. Medical-condition pages never show photos, by design.
